Questions will fall into the usual categories like sports, culture, politics and general knowledge! Look forward to seeing you   on  Monday 14 March at 20.00 at The Prince 59 Kynaston Road Stoke Newington London, N16 OEB  Stoke Newington WI

We enjoyed a serene meeting last Monday and tried our hand at mindful meditation despite the distractions of meeting in a pub!

The scented candle and good will helped us all to relax and focus at the same time and quite a few decided they would give mindfulness a go and try a bit more of it if they were already doing some.

What a great way to start 2016!

Would recommend the free exhibition on Tibet about mindfulness, meditation and how it can help overall health opposite Euston Station
